Our Ways of
Working

Whether you need our assistance for small fixes or a large digital transformation project, we start understanding your business, technology and business needs, design an achievable plan, and execute it to deliver improvements. We monitor to ensure the solutions remains efficient and effective. Finally, if required, we improve the existing solution particularly to ensure the solutions is still aligned with the business goals.

One step at a time approach:

We understand the importance of making steady progress by focusing on one small task at a time. This is why we start with a small-fixed-budget assignment to gain a clear understanding of your requirements. To do that, our approach is supported by the following simple five steps:

  1. Discovery: We perform a discovery session to know more about the business (technology and needs) and understand the initiative/project/challenge/issue.
  2. Analysis: With the information gathered, we analyse the impact and risk, and document the business requirements.
  3. Plan: We propose small defined pieces of work called “Work Packages” that can be easily managed, assigned and tracked with the aim of reducing complexity and risk, to ensure successful delivery.
  4. Implement: This is where the Work Packages are put into action. The implementation includes resource coordination, stakeholder management and quality assurance.
  5. Monitor: We monitor to ensure the plan (scope, schedule and cost) is on track, the identified risk is mitigated, and the business requirements are met.
